Carissimi Soci SGI,
Carissimi Soci Società Associate,

su indicazione del Dott. Francesco Maesano (INGV), vi segnaliamo la Call for Abstracts relativa alla sessione: TS3.8 "Subaqueous Active Faults: From Multi-Scale Observations to Seismic Hazard Characterization", organizzata nell'ambito dell'EGU General Assembly 2023.

Cordiali saluti,

La Segreteria

Dear colleagues (with apologies for cross-posting),
We would like to draw your attention to the following EGU General Assembly 2023 session entitled

TS3.8: Subaqueous Active Faults: From Multi-Scale Observations to Seismic Hazard Characterization

This session aims to compile studies that focus on the use of geological and geophysical data to identify subaqueous active structures, quantify the deformation that they are producing on the seafloor, evaluate their seismogenic and tsunamigenic potential, characterize possibly related secondary effects such as submarine mass transport deposits, and to estimate the associated hazards.

Please find further information about the session and the abstract submission here: https://meetingorganizer.copernicus.org/EGU23/session/46234

Important Deadlines and Milestones:
Deadline for abstract submission: January 10th, 2023

Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions!

Looking forward to meeting you in April 2023!
