Silvia Peppoloni (IAPG President, Chair of the IUGS Commission on Geoethics, and Chairholder of the CIPSH Chair on Geoethics, Researcher at the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Rome, Italy) will deliver a keynote lecture (online) titled "Geoethics and DEIA: Values, Principles, and Methods for Building a Fair and Sustainable Future" on 2 October 2025.
Ezzoura Errami (IAPG Continental Coordinator for Africa, President of the African Association of Women in Geosciences - AAWG, Coordinator of the African Geoparks Network - AGN, and Full Professor at the Chouaïb Doukkali University in Morocco) will deliver a keynote lecture titled "Geosciences Education & Gender in Africa" on 1 October 2025.
The IAPG is an official partner organization of CAAWG11. Silvia Peppoloni (IAPG President), Ezzoura Errami (IAPG Continental Coordinator for Africa and AAWG President), and Giuseppe Di Capua (IAPG Secretary General) are members of the Scientific Committee. Ezzoura Errami is also member of the Steering Committee.
